Work is currently being carried out to repair the historic tower at St George’s Church, Pontesbury. Photographer Iain Thomson was able to take pictures of the work in progress and bird’s eye panoramas from the top of the tower, illustrating Pontesbury’s surperb setting in the Shropshire hills.
